To insert amendments into the Decree of the President of Ukraine as of
November 26, 1998 #1310 "On Establishment Of The Day Of Memory of
Famine Victims" and issue it in the following wording:

"On Establishment Of The Day Of Memory Of Famine Victims And
Political Repressions"

Supporting initiative of public organizations, Ministry of Culture and Arts of
Ukraine, State Committee of Ukraine on the issues of Religions, State
Committee of Ukraine on Information Policy, TV and Radio I DECREE:

To establish in Ukraine the Day Of Memory Of Famine Victims and Political
Repressions, that it is to be marked annually on the fourth Saturday of
