Main causes of Famine in 1932-1933 were political factors, the vice Prime
Minister for Humanitarian policy Dmitry Tabachnyck said at parliamentary
hearings on Famine's victims.
He outlined that the Famine was an instrument for "annihilating rich
and independent agriculturists and entrepreneurs".
According to Tabachnyck it was aware "terrorist act". In his opinion the
Famine 1932-33 isn't a physiological status but cynic form of political
terrorism. Historians and politicians must examine this problem.
Dmitry Tabachnyck is sure Ukraine has to reveal circumstances of the
Famine and to evaluate properly events of 1932-1933.
